I am deeply honored to be part of your fitness journey and to provide a premier outdoor stage where you can showcase your relentless hard work, discipline, and dedication in front of the people who matter most to you. Training, dieting, and stepping under the open sky takes immense courage and inner strength. I built these championships to celebrate exactly that.

I started my own bodybuilding journey in my mid-thirties. After sitting in the audience at a local show, I remember telling myself, "I can do this." And I did. I won the Figure and Overall titles at my very first National Qualifier. Six national shows later, I earned my IFBB Pro status at the 2007 NPC Masters Nationals.

Throughout my entire 20-year career, I have competed strictly as a 100% natural athlete—no anabolic steroids and no diuretics. My physique was built purely on unwavering discipline, a belief in myself, and utilizing the gifts I was given.

If there is one piece of advice I want every single competitor to take away from my story, it is this: Believe in yourself, tune out the doubt in your own head, and never give up. When you master your mindset, absolutely nothing can stop you.

Thank you for sharing our stage and bringing your best to the Elite Physique Championships platform. Let's make this season an unforgettable celebration of drug-free excellence!
