COMBINED SPECIALTY DIVISION
Transformation Open: One combined class open to both male and female fitness journeys.
Routines Required For: Men's & Women’s Bodybuilding, Men's Classic, Women's Physique, and Kids' Fitness.
T-Walk Presentation (Open to ALL Athletes): If you wish to submit custom music to be played during your individual T-Walk presentation, you must email your track in MP3 format only on or before Sunday, November 8, 2026. Please provide your name and the song title. If no music is submitted, classic house music will be played during your introduction.
Length Constraints: Tracks must be 60 seconds or less for amateurs and a 90 seconds maximum for Pros. Tracks must strictly contain no profanity or content promoting violence/hatred.
Routine Rules: No lewd or gratuitous posing. Safe stage props are permitted but can never be tossed into the audience.
Multi-Category Posing: Competing in two separate categories (e.g., Bikini and Wings) requires two distinct posing routines (using the same music track is perfectly fine). Competing in two divisions within the same category only requires performing on stage once.
Testing Window: Your mandatory urinalysis drug test must be completed before the 9:00 AM show starts.
Event Format: Fast-paced, single-show format running from 9:00 AM sharp to 2:00 PM.
Judging & Breaks: All athletes perform on stage. Awards begin directly after the second brief judge break. Two short judge breaks are built into the timeline; please remain on the resort property.
Single-Athlete Divisions: In the event that there is only one athlete competing in a division, the decision to award an ANBF or ON-X Naturals Pro Card will be determined by the judges’ panel via a strict majority vote.
Overall Title: All Amateur Open, ANBF, and ON-X Naturals Pro-qualified first-place winners will battle on stage for the Ultimate Title: Mr. or Ms. Florida.
Awards: Custom medallions are awarded to the top 5 in each category. The Shephard's VIP Hotel Giveaway winner will also be announced. Athletes must be present at the end of the show for the group photo and special awards to win.
Dressing Areas: Absolutely no trainers or coaches allowed in the dressing areas—no exceptions.
Trainer Access: Trainers must purchase a standard spectator ticket. There is plenty of space across the resort property to assist athletes with prep before they head to the stage.
Equipment & Venue Cleanliness: At the end of the event, please remove all dumbbells and training equipment from the premises, or ask the valet team to store them in the luggage closet.
Resort Consideration: Please remain completely respectful of fellow athletes, staff, and hotel guests. Hotel guests are vacationing or attending events; please be mindful of noise and property. No professional cameras, photography, or video recording equipment are allowed in the venue.
Elite Physique Championships strictly adheres to the WADA Prohibited List and Anti-Doping Code. Ignorance regarding banned substances or ingredients is not an accepted excuse.
• Mandatory Testing: This is a strictly drug-tested event via mandatory on-site urinalysis. Every single registered athlete will be tested per our strict collection guidelines. Each athlete will be required to sign a Drug Testing Acknowledgement, Waiver, and Release Agreement.
• Refusal or Tampering: Refusing a specimen or tampering with a sample results in automatic disqualification and immediate forfeiture of all entry fees.
• Payout Contingencies: Cash prizes for Pro winners—as well as specialty awards like the $500 Best Poser Award—are strictly contingent on passing the doping screen.
• Results Timeline: Please allow up to 15 business days post-event for laboratory results to clear before prize funds are released. Confirmed positive tests permanently forfeit the prize money and future eligibility.

Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs)
If you require an exemption for a medically prescribed, necessary substance (including hormone deficiencies):
1. Download the official TUE Application Form.
2. Complete the documentation alongside your primary physician. Download Here
3. Email the completed packet to [email protected] before November 1, 2026.
Note: You must explicitly confirm receipt of your TUE. A TUE only covers the specific substance approved; it is not a blanket pass for other banned items.
How the Laboratory Testing Works
• Technology: Our testing facility utilizes gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) to screen and confirm illegal steroids and diuretics.
• The Consequences: Positive results are forwarded to an independent Medical Review Officer. If no valid TUE is on file, the athlete receives written notice, a Final Report, an automatic ban, and their name is added to The Failed List. All results are final.
