The Performer’s Playbook: Official Rules & Strategy Blueprint
To win the title and the cash, you must understand how the game is played and how the judges' focus shifts between rounds. Use this definitive guide to build your music, choreography, and prop choices.
1. Routine Preparation & Music
• Two Routines Required: All athletes across all divisions—except Mixed Pairs—must come prepared with two separate routine tracks, each strictly lasting between 60 and 90 seconds. Because this is a high-stakes cash prize event, everyone must work for the title by bringing a complete multi-round performance.
• Routine Variation Strategy: While you are permitted to perform the same routine for both rounds, varying your routines is highly encouraged to give the judges something fresh to score. If you repeat your exact Round 1 routine without adding a new element, a creative rival who brings a theatrical masterpiece to Round 2 will easily outscore you.
• Mixed Pairs Exception: Mixed Pairs competitors only perform one 60–90 second routine in Round 1, as their separate divisional cash title is finalized before the break.
2. Round 1: The Qualifier (All Divisions)
The Flow: Every solo athlete, teen competitor, newcomer, and mixed pair takes the stage to perform their first 60–90 second routine. Afterward, judges take a mandatory 15+ minute break to calculate scorecards, finalize the Mixed Pairs rankings, and determine the Top 5 Finalists who will advance to the main cash battle.
The Goal: Secure a spot in the Top 5 Finalist Showdown (Solo & Teen Athletes) or win the division outright (Mixed Pairs).
The Scoring Focus: Raw Execution & Stage Command. Judges look for seamless flow, effortless transitions, baseline crowd interaction, and flawless posing execution.
Prop & Costume Rules: Props and custom costumes are fully allowed but not required in Round 1.
Can I use props early? Yes. If your props are essential to making you stand out as a newcomer or securing your spot in the finals, bring them out! Show the audience and judges your absolute best from the second you step onto the stage.
Can I use my standard competition suit? Yes. You do not need theatrical costumes yet; you can focus purely on owning the stage and displaying your physical strengths.
3. Round 2: The Final Showdown (Top 5 Combined Finalists)
The Flow: The Top 5 Finalists—consisting of the highest-scoring solo athletes and teens from Round 1—advance to the stage together to maintain a clean, consistent event flow. Regardless of which division you entered, if you make the Top 5, you return to the stage with a completely clean slate. Your performance begins immediately following your live mic interview at the center microphone.
The Goal: Walk away with the Ultimate Title and the Grand Cash Prizes.
The Scoring Focus: Innovation & Unforgettable Showmanship. The judges already know you have a great physique and clean transitions from Round 1—now they want to be entertained.
Prop & Costume Rules: Props, creative costumes, and theatrical themes are highly encouraged for Round 2. The judging panel heavily pivots its attention to Innovation and Storytelling. Bring a fresh, elevated, and dramatic second routine to close the show and capture the crowd!

• Travel & Parking Alert: Traffic and parking near the venue can get heavily congested on weekend mornings. The Flow

Note: A 15+ minute judge’s beak follows to calculate scorecards and select the Top 5 Finalists.
After the Break (Top 5 Combined Finalists Only)
The Flow
• Clean Slate: The top 5 scorers return to the stage together with equal footing.
